25 years of alumni will gather once again in January to host a career day for the University of Calgary Filipino Student’s Association. The career day will be the second one held by the UCFSA and will feature alumni in a number of professionals in Calgary including Engineering, Business, Sciences, Education, and Nursing.
“This is the time of year students need to be thinking about applying for summer jobs or internships,” says Mary Kate Dichoso, UCFSA President. “The last career day was a great opportunity to learn from our alumni on what we should be considering in our respective degrees.”
During the day, students will get a chance to talk one-on-one with alumni on how to develop their careers, learn some job search tips and tricks, and develop networking connections.
